Hello sled, my old friend πŸ’€ Chasing #beastmode with sled pushes one way, sled pulls the other, progressive loads to 168lbs max, supersetting with 40 V-sit ups per round x 6 rounds. 
Everyone has their off days, or weeks. For me it's been about 3 weeks since I've felt like doing a solid workout. But that's the beauty of it, isn't it? You can always pick up where you left off, and that is ok. 
I'm taking advantage of my son being in camp to get back into my routine... Here I am feeling like I'm gonna die alongside one of my biggest supporters after that crazy workout! .

My days can get pretty busy, so I am a huge fan of finding ways to cook meals fast - and even better if they're healthy. That's is why I LOVE my air fryer. I roasted this whole chicken today in one hour, with a total of 5 min prep, a couple minutes to spare (to flip), and no oil whatsoever. Veggies roasting in the oven, and voila! Turned out so juicy! πŸ‘Œ
