Self proclaimed 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐮.  Yeah I admit I can always learn more and do better, but one thing at a time here! ⁣

I often have several staples with me including 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 such as almonds, berries, bars, jerky. All of that which is with me but much of it not pictured. I also use my shaker bottle to mix water and superfoods for a nutrition boost while traveling⁣

I keep myself very 𝐡𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝! Granted I’m better at it some days more than others but I always aim to drink at least 100 oz a day of water.⁣
⁣
Keeping yourself busy and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 on the plane can work so well! Whether it’s with a book, writing, getting work done on your laptop. Whatever it is. However 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐘 𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓. I hope it works bc I do use it occasionally but to rely on it and get upset when it doesn’t work is not the smartest idea. ⁣

Have a travel 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭. I always have one near by bc planes do not always have the best circulation. You may be freezing while the people a few rows back are breaking a sweat. As a flight attendant, I just can’t keep everyone happy in this department no matter how much I adjust the temp.⁣
⁣
Get 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐲!  Ladies, heels look amazing and all but our bodies bloat and retain water even moreso when you’re in the clouds. When I’m dying to look all dolled up, I change quickly at the airport upon arrival before heading out in the city I arrived in. ⁣

I love every second of modeling it allowed me to be someone else... the ‘pretty girl’ versus the ‘awkward girl’ ... so many people don’t know the battles you face or have faced in life. Keep walking with your head high and know that God gives his most intense battles to the warriors... the ones He knows can handle it. There were so many days I cried myself to sleep just asking why me or why can’t I be like her? The reality was I was more loving, more kind, more giving by going through those rough times. 
So many people doubted me and said I couldn’t, shouldn’t or wouldn’t be able to achieve the things I did. BUT... I never gave up! I kept pushing forward even when it felt impossible. So, I say all of this today to remind you... YOU CAN DO IT! No matter what you’re facing there is a way! Don’t give up... you only fail once you give up! .

It’s a new week, y’all! Life has been anything but routine lately and I have been trying to be consistent with my routine as much as I can... it’s tough! I’m learning to be more disciplined but to also just roll with it a lot of the time, and if you know me that’s not necessarily my strong suit lol! Sometimes it’s a early morning workout and other times it might be late night after I get done flying all day but I decided that I have to find time to fit it in! 
Set some goals, be consistent, give your self grace and be thankful for new weeks and fresh starts! Be grateful you have a body that can exercise, take care of it because you are worth it! 
What new goals are you setting this week?  I’m setting the goal to meal prep all my meals while traveling and working out 4-5 times!
