Same shorts 🙃 Different day
When I first started working out I would go to the gym before work every morning...it was easy then. I was living with my parents, making it easy for me to leave the kids sleeping and slip out the door. I’d get to the gym and go on the elliptical EVERY single time!! Mix in a few booty exercises and call it a day. I was clueless 🤦🏽♀️😜 I didn’t pay much attention to what I was fueling my body with in order to do the work! My nutrition was 50% clean 50% junk food.
Ahhhh yeah, you guessed it!! Not long and I was feeling burnt out and still tired as hell 🤨🤔😞 fast forward a few years and I was ready to try again with my health and fitness after my fourth baby!
I’ve lost 50 pounds since Mills was born. She’s almost 3 now. I’m still going strong with my fit family!! #SquadUp
